OPAL Activities and Support
At OPAL, we provide a wide range of services to help older people remain independent, active, and connected to their community.
Our support includes carers, memory, bereavement, and digital support, as well as practical help with form filling, advocacy, transport, and access to information.
We help older people access additional services through signposting, referrals and ongoing support.

We offer a variety of social opportunities, including day trips, shopping trips, craft sessions, men's groups, and other community activities such as wellbeing walking, singing and Scalextric.
We also promote health and wellbeing through lunch clubs, exercise classes, hearing aid clinics, home visits, befriending, and phone buddy services.
