Community Transport
OPAL offers community transport to those living in the LS16 area and who are OPAL members.
The cost for this is £7.50 per hour plus £1 per mile. This service includes door-to-door friendly support. Please contact OPAL to become a member.
Membership costs £12 for the year, and you get a newsletter delivered every two months, as well as access to join groups and activities.
Typical journeys include:

Appointments - hospital, doctors, optical, dental, podiatry, clinics etc

Shops, banks, post office and other essential trips

Social visits to relatives and friends etc
