Our Team.

  • The OPAL drop-in office located by the café entrance is open Monday and Tuesday 10am–1pm, and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10:30am-1:30pm. Drop in for information and advice, to pay membership, to book on trips, or just for a chat!

  • The centre and phonelines are open Monday to Friday 9am-4pm

  • The café is open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-3pm
